Terms of Service

TravelTidy provides information organization, structured presentation, itinerary page generation, PDF printing and calendar export for booking emails and travel materials.

The platform does not provide booking, ticketing, supplier payment, cancellation, refund or fulfillment services for flights, hotels, tickets, restaurants or other travel products, and does not guarantee supplier orders, schedules, prices, seats, availability or real-time status.

Users understand that automatic recognition may be incomplete due to email formats, attachment quality, supplier wording or time-zone differences. The system displays sources, confidence and issue reminders; users should confirm critical booking information before sending travel arrangements to clients.

Users must have a lawful basis for the client materials they upload and process, and must not upload illegal, infringing, malicious or unauthorized sensitive data.

Subscription, trial, cancellation, refund and data retention rules are governed by the pricing page, billing portal and these terms. Serious violations or actions that compromise system security may result in service suspension.
